ABOUT THE PROJECT

The MusicArcade is a sound art project based on the gamefication of a musical composition. It is an arcade controller that operates a musical universe of pre-recorded loops and sounds in unique ways. The player has limited control over the output of his actions and has to deal with several constraints proposed by the game rules. The outcome is an aleatoric collage of the present sounds, an ever changing never repeated, music machine.
