hacklab21 RULES
IMPORTANT : We inform you that the health measures in force in Quebec will apply, and that the COVID-19 vaccination passport is required to allow admittance to the Society for Arts and Technology and participate in HACKLAB21.
KEY DATES: HACKLAB21
From August 10 to September 15, 2021: Call for participants
September 24, 2021: Announcement of the selected participants
October 7, 2021: Team forming and project pitch (by zoom)
October 15-17, 2021: HACKLAB21 Hackathon
End of October: Artistic residency (SAT)
ELIGIBILITY
The HACKLAB21 is open to everyone who meets the following criteria:
Residents of Canada, aged 18 and over at the time of registration
With or without a team (teams of 7 people maximum)
With or without an initial idea when registering
If a participant has an impairment or handicap preventing him/her from communicating orally, he/she must be able to communicate with ease in writing via conventional platforms (Slack, email, chat, etc.). Please note that there will be no sign language or any other type of interpreters, neither notetakers nor attendants for this edition
The languages used will be French and English
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, eligible applicants must:
Go to the HACKLAB21’s website (www.musicmotion.org/hacklab21) and click on the registration button
Fill in the HACKLAB21 form
Certify that you are aware of the HACKLAB21 rules
Submit the form
PROCEDURE
Registrations will be open from August 10, 2021 on the website: www.musicmotion.org/hacklab21
The evening presentation of projects pitches and team building will take place on October 7, 2021.
The submission of the application must be done no later than September 15, 2021 at 11:59 pm (EDT).
